Introduction
SRDA Tourism LLC, a licensed tourism company based in Dubai, UAE, provides a range of tourism-related activities, including desert adventures, tour packages, transportation, and visa services.
By booking an activity with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document outlines your rights and obligations, as well as ours, to ensure a clear and smooth experience for everyone.
Booking and Vouchers
When you book an activity with us, you will receive a voucher, coupon, or ticket. These are issued under the terms of our contract and may also include the terms of third-party operators and transport providers. Your acceptance of these terms is confirmed when you book or receive a voucher.
Payment & Refunds
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice or refund if full payment isn’t received at least 2 days before your scheduled activity.
Cancellations by You:
- More than 24 hours before the activity: Contact us to discuss your options.
- Less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund will be provided.
- No-Show: If you fail to show up on time for your activity, you will forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel any activity at our discretion due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, supplier issues, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion, or that of our suppliers.
Safety and Participation
You acknowledge that all activities have inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of doing so. You must follow all instructions given by our leaders. For your safety and the safety of others, our leaders have the right to ask anyone to withdraw from an activity if they deem their participation unsafe. In this situation, no refund will be provided.
UAE Visas
The approval of any visa application is determined solely by the UAE Immigration Authority. If your visa is rejected, no refund will be issued.
Overstay Penalties:
- Residence Visa Holders: A daily fine of AED 50 applies after the 30-day grace period, along with potential exit permit fees.
- Tourist Visa Holders: A daily fine of AED 50 applies for overstays, plus an exit permit fee ranging from AED 250-350. These must be paid to Immigration before your departure.
Please review your visa for any errors immediately upon receiving it. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes reported more than 24 hours after the visa is issued to you.
Insurance
We strive to provide appropriate insurance coverage for the activities we conduct.
- Desert Tours: Third-party insurance is included, and no additional coverage is required.
- Other Activities: For high-risk activities like skydiving, insurance may not be included. In these cases, you are responsible for arranging your own personal accident or third-party insurance before you participate.
